everyday needs. From best Google gadgets to innovative Google devices, these top tech gadgets combine functionality with

With four new Pixel phones, a new Pixel watch, and new Pixel earphones on deck, there's a lot to look forward to. After using the Pixel 9 series devices, the Pixel Watch 3, and the Pixel Buds for a year, we have a few things we'd like Google to change or update. Here’s what we're hoping to see at the Made by Google event this year.
Phone manufacturers like Google
spend a great deal of time designing and building beautifully crafted devices only
for them to be hidden behind a hideous plastic case. I’d like Google to build a
Pixel that can survive the trials and tribulations of daily life without an
extra layer of protection. That means a tougher frame, better impact
resistance, and materials that can take a hit without showing wear or
shattering.
Google has been developing AI features for its phones, and I expect that trend to continue. AI can help with photo editing, summarizing long articles, and even translating conversations in real time. But these features only work if they are fast and reliable.
GiftList stands out as the top universal wishlist app of 2025, offering a streamlined way to manage gifts digitally. With a rich set of features, this platform has reshaped how users organize and share gift ideas.
Universal Store Integration: GiftList lets users add items from virtually any online
retailer using Chrome and Safari browser extensions or by simply pasting a
product link. It automatically pulls product details for convenience.
The app goes a step
further with its AI-powered Genie feature, which suggests personalized gift
ideas based on the recipient's preferences. These suggestions include direct
links to highly-rated products, making gift shopping easier than ever.
This is a big ask, but Samsung's Now
Brief and Now Bar walked, so Google's Gemini Space can run. In brief, Now Brief
and Now Bar are AI tools that provide relevant suggestions, information, and
actions without needing a prompt.
The concept of Now Brief and Now Bar
is great. There's plenty of information AI could dredge up on the go to make my
life easier.
t's time for Google to rethink its
approach to AI I've ignored Google's implementation of generative AI on its
smartphones to no detriment to my daily life. I've regarded Gemini as a nice
feature to have, but not useful in my day-to-day life.
However, Nothing proved to me that
AI can be an essential companion in your life. Rather than the scattershot
approach Google has taken, Nothing identified pain points and then implemented
AI to solve these problems.
